As far as I know anyone can correct me if wrong, that in my early life there were two songs which were too popular, one was" Chandnyachya raati written by Uday Bhembre and other is "saad tugelo Aikuk aylo" by Soiru Varde Borkar. Both were written and had music of same lyrist.
The later song written way back in 1984 by Soiru for their group consisted of Shashank Shirvaikar, Saish Panandikar, Raju Talak, Shridhar Kamat, Sandhya Kamat (RTO kamat wife) etc etc.
This song was first released on Goa Akashwani sung by Soiru and Sandhya.
Later Raju Talak in his album made Asha Bhosale and Suresh Wadkar to sing.
Later these songs bacame popular on national level.
But one must not forget the original seed of these songs.
