    Hi Tyler We want to use Mail Merge for internal purposes against each case record we are handling. Can we create a template and when finished both print and file the document within the relevant case record?

      Hi Richard, The default Cases module in CRM does not support mail merge templates. You could create a button with a custom script to merge a Zoho Writer template via API. Or create a custom module to replace the Cases module and create mail merge templates on the custom module.

    Can we put Subform and all the line items? In my industry sending Proforma invoice (Sales Order) for Sign is common practice. And Zoho sign must have a Merge Document Template.
    And Can we add product Images?

      Hi Gaurang, Yes, subforms and related records can be included in Mail Merge documents. From the “AUTOMATE” tab, click on “SUBFORMS” under the “MANAGE FIELDS” section. Then click on the “Repeat” option under “Advanced Merge Fields.”

    I noticed this works using credits, how do I look up how many credits I own and how many credits it cost to create a mail merge?, Are credits counted for each data field you pull into the document or is it for each document created?

    What if I have many records merged with the same template and I want to edit one of them specifically without modifying the template? I'm going crazy because I did it by accident and can't remember how!!

    Hello, I need help please :) How do I send for signature to multiple people? When it comes up to send in preview it wants to send all the merged documents from each person to every person. So everyone gets everyones contracts for signature. Thank you for your helpful video and great quality of video.
