Frankie Boyle screaming "Jesus Christ" at an oven full of unbaked cookies isn't something I knew I needed until last week.
Frankie has been an outstanding contestant so far. He was phenomenal in this task, I love his creativity.
It's fascinating to see him in a completely different light. His stand-up and other panel-show appearances have a similar 'uniqueness' to them that is Frankie and I don't mind most of it, but this TM series so far has had me in stiches, he is utterly fantastic. I'd gladly pay to see more of this Frankie.
Aw, I was hoping to hear Frankie at the end say: "I wish more people at funerals would talk about how much they're going to miss the sex." 😂😂😂
I like how the task just said "Most poignant scene wins" and nearly all of them went "Okay, so the friend has to die then..."
If you’d have asked someone which of those 3 is the actor… they wouldn’t have said Kiel
I genuinely cried as I watched 3 adults playing with their imaginary friends....and then I laughed my butt off as those friends died.
It wasn’t until Ivo’s task that I realized the task didn’t require their imaginary friend to have brutal death 💀
Nice to see Kiell continuing the tradition of a contestant having a profession/skill advantage in a task yet still doing pretty bad
He's not allowed to interact with the ghosts on Ghosts tho.
I loved it but I did question why he just work with a giant version of the Captain 😂
We still haven't seen Cap come out on Ghosts (likely to happen in the final series) so it would have been interesting to ses Kiell help (imaginary) Cap come out on TaskMaster lol.
Who was the one who started the tradition anyway?
@@oliviadaly4795 probably Jon Richardson failing to pick up on the clue "Debajo de la Mesa" which was pretty much designed for him given he did Hispanic Studies at uni. Although now I think about it Richard Osman having the height advantage on the cat rescue task yet giving up on it is also one
You're laughing. Salvatore, Andy, and Louie are dead and you're LAUGHING.
Why didn't one of them shout "NO! Why couldn't it have been Alex instead of you!?!" That would have guaranteed a win.
After mainly seeing Frankie on Mock the Week, this very reserved and almost sweet version is quite jarring.
Love Frankie's creative tasks this series.
Frankie Boyle has been superb in this series, up there as one of the best ever contestants, hopefully he gets at least one episode win in before the end 🤞
I think he’s not going to allow this to happen. I see him nervous every time he’s on the lead of an episode 😂😂😂
His aim was not to win an episode as he didn't want to look awkward doing stuff with the prizes at the end
@@natalie9796 he said he doesn’t wanna win an episode because he doesn’t want to have to go up on stage at the end and look at all the prize tasks😂😂
Kiell looks so consistently cheeky. I'd love a Kiell Smith-Bynoe - Guz Khan cheeky-off
Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends certainly took a dark and depressing turn.
Rest in Peace Andy! 😔
Frankie Boyle has to be one of the best contestants this show has ever seen. Absolute genius!
All series up until this episode I couldn’t wait to see what task it was they showed in the credits with Keyle screaming at the kitchen sink….and it didn’t disappoint 😂😂
Lol. My lil sister had an imaginary friend named Bill America, and when she no longer needed him, he drown in our pool.
I bow to Frankie's emotional range :)
This is legit probably my favorite Taskmaster task ever. It's so good.
4:40 - time stamp for myself don’t mind me
Celestia was my imaginary friend, neither a he or a she, Celestia was a force of Nature that would influence my situation for the better, Celestia had no material bodily form just a Presence, the rain would hold off until I made it home from school, the bullies on the bus got sent to the D-home, I survived childhood solitude thanks to Celestia
Frankie is an amazing actor and impressionist- his walk was perfect
Frankie Boyle’s performance was quite harrowing.
I wish they included Ivo's attempted. Loved his the most! But good on Frankie for that tear jerker
This was my most favourite task from last week's episode!
@@Fivemacs it’s one of the worst series in a while lol. Not that it’s bad, but it’s just not great either. Greg also seems more biased than ever with the prize tasks as episodes go on.
@@brendanberry7403 To be honest, I disagree. Like with the previous series (Series 14), I have been absolutely enjoying Series 15, and this task was only one of my many highlights. (But then again, that is my opinion of this series at least. Sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed as much!)
Absolutely did not need a preview
This would have been amazing as one of these tasks that only 1 contestant gets
I'm in danger of falling in love with Kiell. What a champ. An imaginary friend named Chicago who can skateboard AND make up songs? Perfect.
Salsavatore
Oh Frankie, what a thespian) Didn't know he has such great talent as an actor. Brilliant)
I am crying of laughter rn 😂
A purple apple sounds amazing!!!
OH JESUS CHRIST!!!!
There was an unbelievable amount of unnatural exposition in this task.
suddenly thinking of season 2 of Taskmaster NZ. Sackie
We've had champions of champions (1+2) & i totally agree we need something for the "inept" conestants but maybe also a show for those beloved conestants who fall in the middle?
@@filipsichrovsky im thinking if you take Ed Gambel/David Baddiel as the high/low then Rose Matafeo is the adorable middleground. All great in their ways & i get "losing" on TM can still be a win but the mid place folk get over looked. Maybe "lovely of lovelyiest" would be a better title, just the most polite, sharing conestants & Greg raging at them for not suffering? Think of all the awful tasks Alex could think up just to try & break them! Mel G would obvs be a shoe in lol
I'm not being there imaginary friends any more its really dangerous 😢
I do wish they add in subtitle... I love their accents..but im not a native english speaker and sometimes its hard to understand
I wonder how much Mae thought about their omnibenevolent clay man
Pretty much any story where a 49 year old man has an imaginary friend has a certain amount of poignancy.
Just like Taskmaster Champion of Champions, we need something for lowest scorers from past seasons
Four Hundredth!
Hey bruh, we are the same age.
This is gonna be an unpopular opinion, but I don't think this task would've made the air if everyone chose to make their friend small, or everyone chose to kill off their friend. This task is symptomatic of why Series 15 will go down as one of the weaker ones - the contestants think too similarly. I attribute this partly to the task design of some - there've been a whole lot of "don't move from this spot or do anything besides follow the instructions to the letter, where ultimately only 1 contestant makes it worth showing.
It is so hard to watch that thing they call Mae, rest of the cast is great.
again another clip...come on Alex we want to watch ENTIRE episodes of both series 14 & 15. I find it ridiculous that I have to keep looking for bootleg episodes of series 15 on TH-cam that don't last that long 🫤😡
It's a bit stupid to put newer episodes up for free when they get a fortune for them to be broadcasted on television
Funny how 4 of them decided that their imaginary friend would meet a terrible fate in their skit.
I guess they all figure that's what poignant means 😂
Or at least that's how you make things poignant
@@archerelmsyeah, its pretty much the only option, otherwise you've gotta make yourself experience the terrible fate
Poignant literally does mean sad+regrettable. I might have gone with infidelity by either, for comedy purposes.
It could also mean to let go.. break up.. forget about the imaginary friend as they got real friends.. like Alex.. then regret the decision in the end for the Extra TM points from Greg - fk Alex! Come back imaginary friend!
4 of them had their friend die
4 of them had a tiny friend
3 of them had a tiny friend die in the kitchen
