This color black shines much more than previous fusions. It looks really sharp with the high def headlamps

The new Fusion looks amazing in black with all of the added chrome bits and wheels that come with the 2017 model. I have a sterling Gray 2013 Fusion Ti and that was the best color available back then, in my opinion...and I wouldn't trade it for any other car. But this Fusion looks very nice.

Abood W Let me clarify. I would not trade my Fusion for any other car in the same segment or price range.

Abood W how you gonna get a Rolls Royce for under 40K?

Nice review of the Platinum trim!

I have the Platinum and love it. I do have some concerns with the number of people reporting the dead battery issue. Apparently, a faulty module drains the battery after the car is shut off. Problem appears mostly in 2017 models. CR downgraded the 2017 from very reliable to very bad. Mine is 11 months old. Window bounce back was the only issue.

Paul Stein I’m not the biggest fan of consumer reports when it comes to reliability ratings for newer vehicles. That’s why they tests the vehicle’s “predictable reliability” based off of current specifications and past issues. I’ve also seen CR give the Ford Fusion a low reliability rating but I’ve never heard of anyone have problems with them. My friend has a 2017 sport so I guess I’ll see how that one ages

It does. You can turn it on through the infotainment system. There's no physical button for it. I own a 2017 Fusion Platinum.

Nope. Only the 2015 and the 2018-2020 Fusions are worth buying. But this was six years ago. I'm just explaining that those are the best years to get these days.

@@lucasmoore2471 Wrong. The engines from the other years had coolant intrusion problems. The ones from 2015 and 2018 to 2020 don't have the issue as often. So those are the years to buy.
