Other Sites of Interest Museums
A comprehensive steam museum with both road and rail engines. The 60cm Nursery Railway makes a round trip of two miles through large nurseries. The Waveney Valley line is 2¼ miles 15in. gauge through woods and meadows. The 10¼in. gauge Garden Railway runs for 2/3 mile around Alan Bloom‘s two acre Dell Garden. Locomotives from all over Europe form part of the museum collection, with steam roundabout and organ as additional attractions.

I'm so so happy to see the organ in the galloper ride has been serviced. I visisted this wonderfull place a few years ago but was horrified by the state of the organ, you could barely tell which tune was playing, which made me sad. I'm glad they decided to have the organ serviced, it's playing much much better now.

What a fab place! Must get here next time we're that way. Absolutely love the galloped although I have New York New York on the brain now! Yes, I remember that episode of Dad's Army, another reason to visit, loved that show. Loved seeing the sleeper accommodation too. Have you ever visited Wolferton Station, they have (or did 20 years ago) excellent display of Royal trains and life there.
I never been to Wolferton station sounds interesting definitely worth a visit if you are down that way. My son who I stayed with lives just a couple of miles from Bressingham glad you enjoyed the video.
Looks a nice summer’s day at Bressingham Charles. I haven’t been here for years even though it’s only about an hour drive from me. Love the Galloper ride. At least you weren’t attacked by a seagull here lol😄😎

Incidentally Dad’s Army was mostly filmed just down the road in Thetford and The Breckland area. I particularly like the episode filmed up on The North Norfolk Railway at Weybourne near Cromer.
