7.7.3 C answers the rules question with spec force and calculating magnaguard, a new lasting effect from the magnaguard would overwrite the conflicting lasting effect from spec force soldier, so you guys did it correctly
Lmaooo that ending killed me 😂 I have been playing Dooku blue this set as I'm a huge fan of the character and midrange decks. I believe there are 2 keys to playing this deck. 1) Exploit is useful only at certain break points and it's my job to navigating/create those breakpoints. Imo rss 3, 4, 5 are what make this deck legit and if navigated well will put you far ahead of any opponent. 2) Play the good villian cards, part of the payoff for playing a 7 cost leader hard to pilot leader is we get to play darth vader, power of the darkside and ob. I think this deck is well positioned in the meta to handle jango, we have 6 really good separatist space cards we are happy to play vs any deck. 2 sets of sentinel in ground + blue removal and ob for sabine. Into other mid range we can consistently rss cheat harder than they do (also potd is cracked vs midrange). Vs control we have deep threats and wide threats (love the governor in the sideboard for villany). I think grievous is a dead card, droid generation should be reduced to *just* barely enough to draw it lvl 1 and also card draw/filtering in this deck is better than other decks because we can combo it in ( think exploit droid comando into a private manufacture, basically a 3for1 imo). Imma stop, but i love this deck so much 😅
@@TabletopRoyale I've also tested this deck quite a bit like this OP and I found what he said to be true. I think Kraken is good on paper, but is pretty bait, even for 3. For T1 plays, Poggle tends to be pretty awful since you want to Exploit on T2 and not play a unit to trigger Poggle. You're better off cutting the Poggle/Grievous/SLT package, as I think it's just super awkward for what this deck is trying to accomplish. I package them together, because those 2 are only good AFTER a Poggle and you don't want to run that line, because your goal is to "ramp" with Dooku you don't really need these lines. Similar to Grievous, I found Rune also to be medicore in this deck. You want your T1 plays to be exploit payoffs almost exclusively, so you can skip to a 5 drop. That'll leave you with 9 "token" T1 plays, which should be good enough. Anyway. Here's what I've found to be the most effective if you're interested... swudb.com/deck/edit/gLyTyKCbUtGu?handler=DeckImage
The tests here are 2 Gor and Relentless @ 1 in the Main (is probably bad and could just be cut to bring the deck to 50). Basically I love Invisible Hand for 6 if I can manage it, and then I wanted something to do with the tokens if they don't get answered. And this allows you to use Dooku on 7 Resources to drop Gor for 4 thus Keeping PotDS open while dropping that huge threat and then flipping your leader.
I will say ove hated brewing with dooku. I'm newer to the game and it was my first pre release and I thought dooku was so awesome! But he just spins wheels. Doesn't do anything. And if anyone disrupts him it's all cards lost. So much effort. Let alone into a waylay. Which i never really cared about but just saying you 2 or 3 for 1 yourself.... just to have it pushed back into hand. Political pressure is one of my absolute favorite cards. So I rarely can't find justification for it in any yellow 😅
I think even if the opponent just went base and let you do your thing you'd still just lose with dooku. Cuz it has potential . Or at least it feels like it does. But you don't want to trade. And you want all of your units. Most decks will kill you turn 5 while you're still setting up.
He's one of the top meta threats representing one of the deck styles you'd run into at an event...why would you not want to see if a deck is viable against arguably the premier hard control deck? The sabine matchup was far more boring

Great response and good advice too! I'd love to see what a developed Dooku Blue list looks like because I FEEL like it just has the potential.
Yeah, you mind sharing your list? Sounds interesting 😊

@@Pasqwalle Hmm yeah Gor definitely would have swung those close games in my favor
S-tier steam end.
I feel like you need more buffs for your droids like Kilani or Huyang. Having a bunch of 1/1 isn’t a huge threat without that.
"Why is game 6 so short?"
Oooh...😂
Hahaha that ending
Would have won more if you referred to the deck as Blooku 👀
Im going to get absolutely jackshit done when PoE2 drops.
Where did y'all get those droid tokens?
Curled Paw Creatives
Dooku deck link dosnt work
fixed!

God damn that bossk deck is annoying to watch. Since there are 5 viable leaders in the meta can we pump the breaks on him?
