Can shopping list be for clients to use?

Yes definitely! You can share the shop list by making sure the project is a client project and then inviting your client to the project! (here's a bit more about client projects specifically from our help hub- help.spoak.com/article/179-client-projects)
You can also export the shop list as a PDF and share it with your client that way! (help.spoak.com/article/208-can-i-print-or-export-my-shop-list)
Note that the client won't be able to make any edits to the shop list.
