Thanks for the upload! Being a heavy equipment nerd since the 60's I'm staggered by the engineering in the modern equipment...It's all built to the edge of physics, metallurgy, and engineering capabilities. Mammoet and Liebherr are the titans of the industry...It's crazy that they have competition trying to beat or keep up with them worldwide...
The pyramids is more complex than figuring out how to lift the stones. It’s the insane geometry, geology, engineering that went into just making the foundation.
Just think once those vessels are set in place then someone has to climb,up there and unhook crane I know cause I've had to it myself before Union Boilermaker, built many of these vessels
@@iw433lv ,what you mean lol I was a boilermaker for 32 years , traveling all over America, Spain ,Dominica Repuclic, Canada, Mexico and Italy dont knock till you try it

In one single word: Majestic!
Impressive cranes, but no crane today can lift hundreds of thousands of tons!!! Heaviest lifts were in the 20 thousand ton range.
Would you want 20,000 tons to set down on your foot
44 million pounds sounds better.
Still, hundreds of thousands of tons is just ridiculous.
😂😂😂😂😂😂✋
@@dirtfarmer7472 wtf

And why are they telling us we can't build pyramid
Ma certo, infatti questa gru è stata progettata dagli antichi egizi 😂😂😂

Why not buid or assemble those structures on site so you wount need an expensive crane ?
The build would take way to much time.
Now you can build on several sections @ the same time.

Its nice but the cost to transport, time spent on building it and the fuel that goes into it will eat any profits you may gain during the job.
Ptc 200 gs. Max lift 5000 tons. Not hundreds of thousands.
