This is a lot more fancier than what i was used to making as a kid! The working conditions we had was horrendous with liquid gas smell all over the garage and dust taking over the place. My dad owned a factory and I use to make about 600 pieces a day (which is a lot harder than it a sound) - Maalam!!! Great video, nonetheless!

@@noda2488 the tiles harden & cure with age. They aren't submerged. The press forces the water present in the pigmented mixture into the dry mix in the back, creating a uniformed moisture content

It's a cement mortar mix with about 3% sand. depending on the mfg.
