Every noodle have different shape and texture especially for “rasa ayam panggang” and “salted egg” but you mix 5 into 1 boiling water, it’s will be mixed too. Hope you enjoy the day in indonesia Sophie ^^

You cooked it kinda wrong. You should cook it one by one because every package has different type of noodle. Some of them also has dried veggie, you should cook it with hot water first before putting them on your noodles
I always heat 1 cup water to noodles then stir add 1 cup water then veggies stir then seasoning then let sit 30-45 mins while noodles plump up to perfection

1. Boil noodles in briskly boiling water (400 ml) and simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Mix all seasoning sachets (according to taste) on a plate while noodles are being cooked.
3. Remove noodles from water and drain well.
4. Add noodles to the seasonings, and mix well. Your delicious noodles are ready to serve

the yellow/salted egg powder is the topping,it is supposed to be sprinkled on the top of the noodles(no more mixing!) after you finished mixing the noodles with other seasoning. if you mix all the stuff in one move,it will smell like a burning rubber/cable.

Hi sophie i will tell you how we cook it we put the noodles in boiling water with the powder and sause then wait till well cooked and add some chilli at end we serve it with the water .

U need to put the sauce in plate. The seasoning is not supposed to cook with noodle. Its better to mix the sauce when noodle still hot.
