Hello... the wristbands are handed out every 2 hrs approximately. Be sure to be at the Disney Channel Pavilion (or where ever the meet and greet is) about 30 minutes prior. They do run out quick so be alert. Good luck! We will be there also trying to get our spots... :)
+chelsey chandler Yes, we met Sabrina at D23. She was in this cast photo op and also had a separate CD signing event. Look for my other video called Selfies... my mom and I have a picture with Sabrina and her sister, Sarah. Both are really nice in person. As for Once Upon a Time... Lana Parrilla and Ginnifer Goodwin were there, but we were not able to meet them because of time conflict.

hi. I am planning on making it to D23 this year. I have never been there before. But i woul like to know how the meet and greet works here. Is it like Marvel or Star Wars a special guest or is it more like tv and voice actors?
Hello... the process of meeting celebrities at D23 changed over the years. When we went in 2017, some tickets for major talents from Disney and Marvel literally were gone the first few minutes when the expo opens. And that means people camped over night to snag them the next morning. A lot of Disney Channel people show up to do greets throughout the day-- you will have better luck meeting them if you just concentrate on that area most of the day-- and we mean MOST of the day. Otherwise, don't put your hopes up or you will just get disappointed. 2015 was the best and most organized year for meet and greets from our experience (and as seen in this video). We were really lucky then...
