Basically this score shows that written high notes are some C6 in the final cabaletta (any lyric soprano targeting belcanto should hit C6 with ease) and a flat E6 (obviously not all soprani can hit this note), and any other high note sung in place of the written notes is just showing off capacity to hit high notes, such as soprani who go for F6 transposing the entire score upwards one tone. I've noticed Anna Moffo has even ignored the written Eb6 the second time and kept on doing some cadenza to end in a B5 instead of B4.
All in all, if I were a soprano to perform this role and my top note were Db6, I'd just skip over Eb6, stick to the rest of written notes, and could still convey a credible Amina because most of her emotions are not in the few high notes sung at the end, but in the middle and low notes written in most of the score. It will probably be the same for Elvino highest notes, those that are written can be skipped without really losing the drama and some unwritten high notes at the end of some repeated phrases are just showing off for lighter tenors.
