WHAT AN IMPACT on this card, Lisa! I really appreciate the embossing on acetate tips a lot! Love the shimmer behind the flowers but also the shimmer from the acetate, too, PLUS that “sparkly ribbon” is just the right touch! Really a pretty simple card that comes together pretty easily but will be such a “lovely surprise” for the recipient! Certainly do enjoy your videos, Lisa, so TFS n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’! :-).

Never thought of using a swifter pad to remove embossing powder I always used baby wipes. Guess I better get one of my swifter pads the next time I emboss thank you for the tip.

Deborah thank you so much for visiting this video!! Unlike stamping on cardstock, you do not have to prep acetate with the Embossing Buddy when heat embossing on acetate. As I demo in the video, after adding embossing powder you have to flick and tap alot to remove the loose powder. Hope this helps!!

Hi Sue! The Embossing Buddy actually made it worse - I tried both ways. The powder from the Buddy just stayed stuck to the acetate. You can try it but my experience was much better without using it. Thanks for watching.
