Is there laundry room on the ship

Sorry to not get back sooner. Most cruise ships do not have a laundry passengers can use. We pay for service after midway of our cruise.

Terrible ship! The bathrooms are out of order most of the time. The sewage line drips on the halls (3 level).
This may be the worst ship of Holland American. The General manager and food Manager could not care less!
