    In this video, I’ll show you how to build a solid base of fitness, whether that’s so you can complete an event like Hyrox or other endurance event, or you just want to feel and be a bit fitter.We’ll go into what you need to be focusing on, how to build up properly so you don’t get injured, and how I personally used this strategy to help me prepare for my first Hyrox event.
