Yeah, she makes it sound like she's insulting it but she all the time appreciates its existence so much. Is it weird that I figured there would be a better snack than small bags of veggie straws? I guess budgets are budgets, but for some reason when I think big network TV show and actors making decent bank my mind goes to thoughts of some sort of fancy-person snack I wouldn't know existed because I'm a normal human. Like a straw made directly from a vegetable, or truffle straws or something =P

@@Blayk133 I can't speak to your phone settings but normally videos (unless in landscape mode) are in the top third of the screen, keeping the widerscreen ratio. This one is "squarer" (it's a word now, I've decided) so it shows in a bit more like half the screen. Maybe you're still on Medium Place mode? ☺
the finale got me in tears, and I haven't been this upset for my fav characters since Infinity War... now can you please regroup all of them back in season 4 and make them 40 minutes per episode? also, still can't stop smiling thinking about Jason's line from the finale: Eleanor: "Jason, talk to no one, Go nowhere, Do nothing" Jason: "I won't let you down" LMAO!!
Surely at some point they will finally reach the good place and then it could get boring - but I say I would happily watch Janet and Jason's not-robot not-human offspring for at least a season.

I don't know if you listen to the podcast, but recently he was talking about how it was a top career moment for him doing that weird-arse scene with Ted on the phone call, and I loved watching this and seeing them finish the shot and he seems so touched and overwhelmed. Like you can tell how genuinely meaningful it is to him to have the opportunity.

Great show! Very original and creative. It’s nice to see professionals enjoying their work. It takes so many unseen craftsmen/craftswomen to make a production like this work. I’d like to see some of the offscreen talent interviewed and show able off their amazing work on the sets, costumes, props and signage please!! World building on a show like this is as integral as the onscreen talent doing an exceptional job selling such a surreal story. Thanks!

I don't really listen to podcasts because, well, I don't know where to go to do that or what one I'd listen to would even be about. But I also don't really watch TV and somehow ended up seeing this and becoming a fan. They just have the hour-long chats on the NBC site so I'll have it in the background while I do one of my breathing treatments or something. I think I like it because everyone that makes this show seems to be so chill and fun and positive, and it's a side of things I wouldn't normally see or know about. Plus it's kind of humanizing to see the level of actual thoughtful work that goes into each episode; the reminder that it could be dozens or hundreds of people where making this thing is their day job just to get some short illustrated stories up on the screen each week. Are you in the industry, if you don't mind me asking?
i love how in character the poses are in the pic,. michael sat above them being dadda demon eleanor with her food defensively chidi quite open and still eatign not taking too much notice of the camera (probably with a stomach ache from deciding wether to look at the camera or not) tahani posing with her food janet just chilling wirh her favourite humans jason...i have no idea and neither does anyone else
so, chidi's literally wearing a mailman costume that reads "the good place postal services", and this mailman costume is completely unrelated to the show called "The Good Place", and with Eleanor having a pre-established thing for mailmen.... ... sure why not

It's a regional/generational thing, not a mispronunciation. In Canada, it's exactly the way Michael/Ted says it. I like it better.
