Justin, at 3:50 you tossed your pack down and dropped in for the shot. Brought back a memory. 15 years ago, 6 miles off the Dalton Hwy in Alaska. We'd be hiking the 5+ miles in and back out, across the tundra, looking for caribou for a week. The main body of the herd wasn't around, pickings we're slim and the freezer was empty. Came into a new drainage and spotted two young bulls late in the day. With one rifle and two guys my buddy settled in for the first shot, he sealed the deal. It was my turn, I grabbed the rifle and dropped onto my pack and took the shot. MISS, MISS...at 250 yards, finally connected on the last shot. Watching the video a week later, we discovered why I missed. When I drop into my pack the muzzle was just in the tundra, but the picture through the scope was clear. It wasn't until the third shot that the rounds had a clear path through the debris! Thanks for putting together great videos and sharing God's word

I think people just don't understand it fully. Personally, I'm fine with hunting a healthy population of animals. When it becomes poaching or the wholesale industrial level slaughter of an entire population then that's when I have an issue with it. As long as we hunt as individuals and we keep the population and ecosystem healthy then hunting is fine. Personally, I would love to try it sometime.
This isn't killing for survival it's for sport.. 10 bears?? Really lol..that's why people speak on it..When you tell me it's for survival..You pissing on my shoes and telling me it's raining..if this video was shot in Alaska these dudes are definitely wanted..In many regions, bag limits affect the next several years of hunting. After a bear is taken, hunters may need to wait between one and four years to hunt another.

The fact that you attracted another wolf by yelping and acting like an injured animal just to dome him was absolutely fucked. Lmfao Props on the hunting skills. Genuine question: Do you eat the animals you kill? Bears, wolves, etc?
Don’t care. These beasts are abundant enough. Predators have to be kept in check to prevent damages. Snowflakes don’t have to watch how hunters do their work. Better 100 bears and wolves killed preventively than one lost human life.
Son of a Bitch at 7:21 that bear was shot and injured badly and he ran down that hill like a champ! That's incredible I've never seen a bear run downhill before it's amazing he was only slipping slightly because of his injury otherwise he would of ran down with no problem at all. Someone told me bears can't run down hill but I see that's a lie
They're killing old boars, mostly. Old boars love eating cubs so mom goes back in heat. They run to the smell of newly born fawn. It's better for the bear and other populations to harvest the big old boars.

Predator control is important for ecological balance. We did see them skinning the bears, so I would hope they kept it but we don’t really know what they did with the bear meat, But I wouldn’t blame them for leaving the wolf meat. Also, I’m pretty sure that’s just a terrible stereotype. I’ve yet to meet a single person who just shot animals for the fun of it without having an interest in the herd conservation or predator control aspect.

I mean im ok with hunting but when you are killing multiple animal or taking more you are just being destructive. I hope hunting doesn’t get popularized actually cause I see more and more hunting videos on youtube. Only time will tell until we got nothing to hunt, but our own.
Hunting is a beautiful sport and I would like much if it became popular among young people due to the hunting videos. Hunting is pretty needed for the pest control. Nature has to be kept in balance, doesn’t matter whether you like hunting or not.

I've killed 1 bear and don't need to kill another one. Now wolves...I've never shot one but I lump them in with coyotes. Kill all you can!

Paul Michaud there were 4 hunters on this trip. We use the bear meat to feed our families and friends and the wolves are overpopulated in Idaho.
