Lebanon was once a beautiful Christian country until Muslims colonised it
They did not colonize it. The European countries like France handed those lands to the Arab aristocrats in silver platter in exchange for oil concessions. They got none but their actions led to massacre and displacement of Jews, Christians, Hindus and other native countries. Both happened after WWI and WW2.

The small companies have invested heavily in order to participate and France decided to ban Israel from this arms and defence industry exhibition.
