day of eating with macro breakdown would be great! even though you don't count macros would be interesting how much is required to sustain the hoss

I’d say you play a bit like jimmy Butler and/or Tobias Harris based on that description

Love that you answered the basketball question. Julius randle is interesting, I wouldn’t have pegged you as that much of a shooter.

Hi Will. From the UK and trying to get better at olympic lifting. Ive seen a lot of emphasis on “treat it like a jump” to emphasise triple extension and propel bar upwards.
    What are your thoughts?

Unrelated to this video, but maybe a good question to answer in a future video... why did you move to fullback after college/prior to NFL draft? Were there pro scouts considering you undersized to keep playing LB? Any regrets about changing positions? Not really related to training but was just curious.

Yeah bit confused by the bodyweight clean idea too. I weight 70 kg. I literally don't need a warm up, it's almost too light to even do correctly 😂

To see Will’s hand slip on 2 reps in one day makes me start to think he IS human after all…

Do you think there are any significant differences in doing jumping plyos before running sessions (intervals/ sprints/ long runs) rather than weight sessions? I’m doing a program that appears to do jump plyos before my running sessions rather than the weight sessions. Doesn’t bother me, I’ll run it that way regardless, but just curious as to whether doing the plyos before runs rather than weights would really matter or not. Much love from Australia mate - your content is awesome.

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask questions but, do you think it's necessary/critical to focus on the mechanics of sprinting to get a good stimulus or can you just incorporate it in your training by just trying to run with max intent without having to worry too much about your technique?

His physique is attainable naturally. He probably was a little over weight as a kid and played D/O line playing football for his childhood, which helped develop strength. Played football growing up and was exposed to some good training methods early on in life, and worked his ass off athletically. I was the opposite I was fast and could already jump high but I was small and short with very low body fat percentage but I had a little bit of muscle. I had to put on muscle mass over the years while being underweight but now that I’ve put on some mass I look good. There are advantages and disadvantages of either being big and trying to lose body fat and build muscle and being skinny and trying to put on muscle. Not everyone is on steriods

I love playing ball with guys who know their game and stick to their game, especially since I’m a point guard who likes to distribute the ball, but I can only distribute the ball if I’m aggressive to score. Plus, I like to shoot….. keep in mind you’re also talking to somebody who has played against multiple NBA players and is still chasing the dream of playing pro so lol love guys I can pass to and score when I know where they like the ball
