In the second tracks are created in bitrate 192 kbps, so even in compressed form, also in order that they take up little space on the servers. Everything that people have created is stored and not deleted, so the owners of servers need to constantly expand, so increasing the weight of each track is out of the question. Simple economics. Until there is a revolution in hardware, the sound quality will remain about the same as here.
