Hello, Mark! I really like your way of teaching! I've learned two interesting terms to speak about politics and economy. You are a very gifted person and teacher. As to the question of getting a heavy hitter, I would like to tell a few words. Once I came across an abstract in a textbook of psychology of management. It said that a nice better to say kind person would never get a top manager or top brass because he was kind. Taking top management position often makes you to take unpopular decisions. Such as layoff f. e. Thank you, I always enjoy your videos.
