    Your Honors,
Has this been exercised here in America in every state? There are states that don't allow people to be given sealed bottled water to discourage people from exercising their right to vote. America is not supposed to be a Banana Republic. (Please forgive me, I don't want anyone to believe I am being racist. I'm a Black woman)..
    Free elections law
A free elections law, also known as a free and equal elections clause, is a section in many U.S. state constitutions which mandates that elections of public officials shall be free and not influence by other powers. Wikipedia

In addition, on the topic of Women's Health, I have exercised my right to be abstinent and have been for years, well over seven and one half years here in Philadelphia PA. (Minus one day in May of 2016 if my recollection serves me correctly). I was running for the US House of Representatives in Pennsylvania's first Congressional District. My opponent was Congressman Bob Brady. Still. 12-07-2023.In addition, I am In No Way ready to date anyone again. I am not remarried, and I have absolutely no idea where my ex husband is. The Constitution doesn't require a person be married to serve in Public Office. Though it does refer to the President as "he", if the President is a woman, it doesn't mean she has to be LGBTQIA+ in order to serve her country.

If I may Your Honors, gerrymandering was definitely an issue I had to deal with as a two time US Congressional Candidate in Pennsylvania's First Congressional District.

This is an INSULT on Democracys checks and balances. Yes the Governor may be the check but the courts are the balance

Okay, but who checks the courts??? As it stands, there is no effective check on the power of the courts.....maybe you don't see judicial overreach as being as big an "insult on Democracys checks and balances" as a State legislature challenging the State Supreme Court's power to nullify a duly enacted election map and then substituting its own map in its place, but I sure do.

No gerrymandering is a thing we should ask the supreme courts to make it illegal, and then inshrine it in the constitution. Make it against the law.

Your Honors, is it possible for it to be both Substantive and Procedural in some cases? For instance, a Congressperson who travels around the country campaigning on behalf of Presidential Candidates is going outside of his or her District instead of serving his or her voters. In addition to being sent sexually explicit text's emails and posts, I was also sent messages from someone who said the person is a Serial Killer. I am also reaching out to you because I was stalked. I am not sure whether they are still doing this, but I do have evidence and did report it. I also received a text saying, I am your stalker, which I also reported. I am a 54 year old mother of two, who owes no back taxes and have the tax transcripts to prove it.

    Your Honors,
Doesn't "Freeholder" only pertain to New Jersey, or does it include the Tri State of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, where the "Delaware Indians" lived for over 10-15,000 years? I am from Philadelphia, PA, the first Capitol of the United States where the US Constitution was signed, and a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School's second class of girls.

What exact point is the North Carolina State Legislature trying to make. What is not "free and fair" about their elections? I am sorry Your Honors, which state are we addressing?

    Supremacy Clause
The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the "supreme Law of the Land", and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws. Wikipedia

Your Honor, you are correct. I have experienced situations where people were prevented from voting for me (where tape was placed over my name in the polling booth, even after being endorsed), votes for me were removed, and I have personally seen votes switched in the polling place.
