These songs capture the essence of how Jesus impacts our lives and reflect the themes of Philippians 2:12-18, such as living out our salvation, being lights in the world, and embodying humility and obedience. These songs were found via a Google search, and are not necessarily endorsed by David Guzik, they are simply suggestions of songs related to both the sermon title and verses addressed in the sermon:
*Songs About "How Jesus Affects My Life":*
      1. "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" by Chris Tomlin
This modern version of the classic hymn highlights how Jesus transforms and frees believers from sin.
      2. "What a Beautiful Name" by Hillsong Worship
This song celebrates the power and beauty of Jesus' name and His impact on our lives.
      3. "In Christ Alone" by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend
A powerful declaration of the impact of Christ's work on our lives, emphasizing His role in our salvation and daily existence.
      4. "How Great Is Our God" by Chris Tomlin
Though more general, this song reflects on the greatness of God and Jesus, acknowledging how His presence affects us profoundly.
      5. "Build My Life" by Pat Barrett
Focuses on building one's life around Jesus and His teachings, showcasing how He is central to every aspect of life.
      *Songs Reflecting Philippians 2:12-18:*
      1. "Do It Again" by Elevation Worship
While not a direct reflection of Philippians 2:12-18, this song emphasizes faithfulness and perseverance, aligning with the call to work out salvation and shine as lights in the world.
      2. "Make Room" by Community Music
This song encourages making space for Jesus in one's life, which resonates with the idea of living out one’s salvation with reverence.
      3. "Here I Am to Worship" by Tim Hughes
It touches on themes of worship and humility, reflecting the attitude of servitude and obedience found in Philippians 2.
      4. "Live Like That" by Sidewalk Prophets
This song challenges believers to live out their faith in a way that reflects Jesus, aligning with the call to be lights in the world.
      5. "Shine" by Newsboys
A song about shining as lights in the world, directly resonating with Philippians 2:15’s call to be blameless and pure.

What church is this? I heard “Calvary Monterey.” I love how your church goes verse by verse. Wish I could find a church like this where I live (Denton, TX).

You can go online and be fed bye several Calvary Chapel pastors that I have come to really appreciate. 1 is this one Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara with David guzik, he's my favorite. There is Jack Hibbs Calvary Chapel Chino, Calvary Chapel San Antonio Texas.. this is Pastor Ron's and I cut my teeth on his teaching. He has a wonderful story his testimony. I'm very content with the church I go to out here in Bulverde but I cannot live by Sunday's alone. I must have access when the World closes in on me I must have 24/7. Of course without my Bible all of this is without any Merit at all. These preachers I've named have in my opinion stuck to scriptural teaching. Everyone has their own history and their own opinion as to what feeds them. So go looking around!
