Looks like some of the best track in Australia: the high-speed train can actually use it's performance there.

What happened to those tin hares
They're still running, The Rail Motor Society in Paterson NSW operates them on tours around NSW.
How does these trains powered? These trains look like trams.
They are powered by GM 6-71 diesel engines
