I am terrified of the loud sounds and bright lights that come with the bad storms.. I retreat into a smaller headspace and often message my friend sobbing, panicking, begging him to make it stop and to make it go away…
I’m working on my issues but this was really calming… admittedly really sad because I don’t think I’m ever going to find anything like this in real life… I’m not good with people- never have been. I am so much worse when I am “smaller” or when I fancy someone… idk- it’s hard and I hate it.
