Gotta admit though, the animation is nothing special... but the story telling, the pacing, the world itself and everything else is just perfect! Even if its just average animation, it looks beautifully stunning! I can name a lot of other anime with better animations, but compared to this plot, world-building, and pacing, they're all no match. This anime makes everything magical, even its not-so-special animation.

Just...WOW. I already know how many times I've seen the video. I need the full version now xD the seiyuu is amazing.
But his speaking seiyuu and his singing seiyuu are not the same person. I love both of his voices, tho! And yeah, what you mentioned happens a lot, but not always. A bunch of seiyuu have beautiful singing voices. A few that come to mind right now are Toyonaga Toshiyuki, Kamishiraishi Mone and Amamiya Sora.
