I really cannot believe the comments on this video. He is not referring to "light" skin women only. "Brown skin" in this song is about black women. He uses the word "brown" in replace of black. In all fairness, black woman all have brown skin and not black skin. The video even goes as far as explaining with the different shades of "brown skin" (as we know it to be black) women. He is not talking about light skinned blacks only, he is talking about black women on a whole. In truth and in fact, blacks have brown skin and not black skin. Geez, try to understand the song before commenting.

In fact in an interview about the song Richie Spice said that he purposely used the description brown and not black because the colour of "black" people is really brown. He also implied that he included women of lighter tones because(whites) do not accept them as white,but black people are willing to accept them as black. I really cannot believe the comments on this video. He is not referring to "light" skin women only. "Brown skin" in this song is about black women. He uses the word "brown" in replace of black. In all fairness, black woman all have brown skin and not black skin. The video even goes as far as explaining with the different shades of "brown skin" (as we know it to be black) women. He is not talking about light skinned blacks only, he is talking about black women on a whole. In truth and in fact, blacks have brown skin and not black skin. Geez, try to understand the song before commenting.
Acutally Richie spice only checks for brown skin woman. Pay attention. He doesn't real check for dark skinned girls, watch his videos. The only reason he used one in ano me dat, was because she had locks. But he loves a brown skinned woman. Like a lot of black men. Just how it is.
