매번 잠들때 기가 약한 편이라서 최적의 상태를 유지하지 않으면 악몽을 꾸거나 식은땀을 흘리는 일이 종종 있었어서 그 이후로 잠자는거에 대한 트리우마가 성인 되어서도 쭉 이어졌는데 덕분에 많이 생활이 바뀌어서 이젠 회사다니며 듣고있네요. 정말 잠만큼 중요한 것도 고마운 것도 없는 것 같아요. 오늘도 편안하게 잠들 수 있길 빌며 누워봅니다. 일곱시간 이상 아무 도움없이 자보는게 꿈인데 점차 나아지고있어서 기대중이에요. ㅎㅎ
