Damn JC why you struggle opening the first box like that haha but congrats on the new plant babies! Always the best when the new plants come with new growth
That’s a beautiful variegated gloriosum 🤩 I’m so glad to have found your channel!! You have an amazing plant collection and now I’m going to binge your videos 😂👌
is it always necessary to let the plants stay in the plastic pot then just place it in a planter? cuz some of my planters are too big and my plastic pot are small. and Im worries cuz some of my planters doesn't have drain hole so I bought the moisture meter to make sure its the roots are moist
@@rafaelm3523 I always recommend drainage holes 😬. I usually like to keep them in plastic nursery pots then just use a decorative pot. Almost all of my plants are in clear nursery pots so that way I can really see the roots system. You can plant them directly in the planter but just make sure there’s drainage holes. I’ve seen people grow plants in pots with no drainage holes but you really just want to be careful on over watering.
Hi, I would take huge caution when unboxing and do it outside of your plant room. I only say this cause rare plants sometimes come shipped with unwanted friends that can take over your plant collection in moments or days and can be tiresome as well as expensive to treat your whole collection and also kill once its in your house. I unbox in my kitchen in front of a lamp and inspect all the leaves and isolate it in a room for the first 3 weeks by a plant light. I've seen so many horror stories of thrips and mealy's online and in person I go the extra mile to keep my space free of anything that could get into my collection. Your plants are beautiful!
That gloriosum is stunning though! Gotta update us on the new leaf
