@@christianbennett6970 true updates in terms on content has improved since the beginning of this chapter yet it hasn't really taken any risks of map changing. Only making biomes temporary and yeah...
Is it me or do I kinda miss the simplicity of Chapter 2 Season 1. Kinda nostalgic even though i started in Chapter 1 Season 7. Maybe if it didn't last over 6 months maybe this season would have been better received. It was a blank slate after the crowded loot pool we had in Season X. Still can't believe we are 7 seasons in and still no game changing map changes or anything. The health of workers could be a reason I mean making a new map probably took months to make I've heard the argument that the workers are tired after making the chapter 2 Map and thats the reason fortnite lost its weekly updates, Large Map changes, Proper Storyline Explanations. In later Chapter 2 Seasons We sorta got weekly updates and actual storyline but large map changes hadn't really happen and if they did they weren't permanent like the ice, desert and jungle biome chapter 1 had. Epic could have a reason for not taking more risks with the map but its currently unknown for their reasoning in not doing that many map changes
We had Stark Industries which killed everyone who lived in Frenzy Farm but that obviously wasn't permanent, desert Biome in the middle, Primal Biome in the middle. Kinda see a pattern here where only the middle changes while the outskirts get nothing and am glad slurpy is getting abducted today atleast something cool happens to a location that's not in the middle.
