ORGANIC MUSTARD FOR WILDLIFE (video, 18.06.24)

The whole field was planted with winter wheat in the autumn of 2023, but the top area it was either eaten or didn't grow.
Paul Baker of Wishay Farm, decided to seed this bare patch with some organic mustard seed, for the wildlife, and to combine the seed for re-use.
The results for wildlife are amazing with the whole area buzzing with honey bees and insects. It's only a small plot of mustard flowers but this provides an important food source for insects.
This area also has the 3 beech trees weather station at 240 metres above sea level. The sea in the Exe estuary can be clearly seen in the photos, some 20 miles away!
The area has stunning views that you will see in the video to be made. Location is near Silverton, Devon, England.
