Only Godfrey and Radagon survived and they very decidedly won 😂. At one point, Godfrey was fighting at least 3 of them by himself…and winning!! It was either Garden of Eyes or Bjorn that made the video but it was crazy lol
Watching Malenia spawn, edgewalk for like a minute, then poise through Placidusax's attack and use Waterfowl to tank the lightning nuke was a hell of an experience, amazing video as aways!
I mean we can't really see just how strong Placidusax REALLY was until we see him with all of his heads again. The durability might be there. But the offensive abilities could be much more diverse with all his heads.
right you can see how tired and sluggish it is after a lot of it's moves and doesn't have that many attack's with follow ups only when he does the muti teliport slashes does it actually do chain attacks like the rest of the bosses
Good old Placidusax deserved a spotlight after that incredible all Spirit Summons VS Bosses video W. He was the only one to win in that video, Malenia included.

At first I was a little disappointed when Radahn wasn't able to use his meteor, but was pleasantly surprised when Horah Loux used his earthquake twice in a row and then immediately grappled Placidusax

@@Hexacosichoron12 I counted four. If you look at the "Old Lord's talisman" item in game, it's actually a miniature carving of Placidusax when he still had his other heads. And there is four on the talisman too. He even takes the same shape as on the talisman when he enters his second phase.
He definitely took out the bleed or made him immune sense its percentage based. placi would be dead if it was the real nihil because how op it actually is.
I was genuinely screaming out in my head “warp buddy WARP” right as he hit rot melania and she was coming to finish him. If he got off one more teleport attack he would have had her 😭
I really do think that due to game balancing he is still short of his actual lore power. I feel like Prime Placidusax would be just as mobile, if not more than the other ancient dragons. But thank you for showing us something this cool. Edit: for all the people arguing in the comments, the old half dead Placidusax we face is already on the same level as the strongest bosses in the game (Elden beast, Godfrey, Mogh and so on) him being in his prime would make him the strongest being in the lands between with the possible exception of Malenia (due to lifesteal and scarlet rot).

Never played the game but I've been watching all these vids. I don't know any of the lore but aesthetically speaking, Placidusax and Malikath are my favorites, no question.
In the dlc I hope there’s a way to somehow fight him when he was in his prime because he usually had 5 heads which meant 5 beams and more nukes and this version of the dragon lord had only just woken up from endless slumber

Nope, Malenia solos even if you give him 50k health. Scarlet Rot is OP. It's percentage based. The reason Maliketh is the only boss that can beat her is because he melts her fast enough to make sure she doesn't spam it, and because he often takes himself out of her reach with his jumps. But even Maliketh loses with bad RNG.

I like that Horah Loux's immediate response to the super dragon roaring and unleashing a torrent of lightning was to roar back and attempt to jump on him. And then, like the absolute maniac he is, later successfully grappled and threw said dragon around like a Tarnished.
The fact that he almost got all of them though, and let's be honest this is weaker than he would have been because assuming the stats are right, like the guy said, he can't glue on the missing heads, which would have made the fire and beam attacks so much worse to deal with.
Also when Hoarah Loux grabbed Placi and threw him into the air and slammed him down it made me think of when Sabin suplexes a ghost train in Final Fantasy VI
I think, with all prime aspects and moves and abilities, everything, for each boss that had a prime forme, prime Placid takes all other prime bosses no problem. That being said, this amped version of the Placid we normally fight did so well. Absolutely fantastic. I can see why you has to do it as a consecutive onslaught instead of from full health every time, because none could’ve killed it otherwise.

Sometimes I think about the fact that our character beat gods and demi gods out of their prime. No way they could have won if they had been fighting the best version of each boss. Except godrick since he was at his prime😂
@@CM-hx5dp - That's debatable, I heard a theory that Malenia had lost bits of herself when she bloomed, like her pride and stuff like that, and that's why she's just sitting in a chair motionless when we find her. But to be fair her phase two is probably the most powerful she'd ever become with the rot, so you're probably right. The demigods alone had no chance. Malenia claims the victory but a couple of hits less from Godfrey would have been enough to render her dead. Now imagine Hoarah Loux on his prime... that's it when he carried the bottle with Powerade that all the tarnished dudes have on their possession.
This one is gonna need a remix, because at his prime, Placi had 5 heads. So max everything x 5, increase his attack frequency by 2.5 and and only allow one head to be stunned at a time.
If a second elden ring dlc released, or an elden ring sequel, I would actually pray to see placi in his prime, the sheer sight of that in game would give me intense goosebumps, some attacks I’ve imagined he could do aaaare- In phase 1 placi can use his side leaps to go into attacks/combos His spear nuke, but a little more powerful His more powerful spear nuke, but in phase 2 he either does his leaping lightning slash attack towards you or teleports and does a quicker nuke next to you, this time it’s the same as the old one and you can dodge it as long as you’re not right in the middle of the nuke A five headed flame breath where he aims it diagonally downwards and walks on 2 legs towards you with each head aiming in different directions (similar to his current standing flame breath) A flame breath where the middle head goes down and shoots forward, then the heads right next to him do it, then the heads farthest from the middle do it too (each with mildly different animations) Placi leaps forward with his wing in front of his right arm, plants his wing down, and does a quick sweep with it, while his wing is down after leaping he’ll either summon his lightning claws and try to swipe the player with one before slamming his other claws down in front of him, or do a downwards flame breath with each head, causing fire to surround him, each head will then aim upwards starting with the one you’re in front of, has to be dodged by moving to the left or right of the head you’re currently in front of then quickly moving back to avoid the next upwards flame sweep, each head will also shoot fire up for a moment to both give you a chance to punish and to look cool Placi will enlarge his claws in both hands and form a cross with his arms on his chest while standing before doing a quick cross slash which is followed up by a lunging bite or 2 heads trying to bite on each of his sides depending on where you are If you’re on placi’s sides or near his tail, (usually) 2 heads on either side will do flame breath towards you then the middle head will do a flame breath down, and if you’re still near his sides or tail, in phase 2 he’ll teleport behind you and do a large lightning claw sweep with his left hand while dragging the sharp ends on the ground which is followed up by him sweeping it back and doing a wide swipe with his right lightning claws which is then followed by him using both lightning claws and slamming them down on either side of his front (this combo can also be done out of a teleport) Placi flies upwards and backwards before diving towards you with his right lightning claws and sweeping past you, he then uses that momentum to quickly turn while dragging his right hand to stop himself, winds up, then digs his left lightning claws into the ground, and charges towards you with a heavy upwards claw swipe Placi roars with all five heads, causing many lightning strikes around the arena and a large one to begin tracking you, only roars for as long as it takes for the powerful lightning strike to charge and happen on you (which is about 6 seconds) Placi spreads his wings while standing hunched over and lunges at you with a 5 headed bite, if it hits your arms, legs, and head will be clamped down by a head and the middle head will then let go before bathing you in flame, in phase two he’ll instead drop you and while you’re falling, impale you down with a lightning nuke spear, he’ll then slam it down, dealing 95% of your health no matter what armor you have or you’re vigor, if it kills, you won’t fade away, instead you’ll burst into a bunch of glowing red embers Placi floats and does the pose he does before phase two but instead of going to phase 2 like normally, he’ll charge up and explode outwards with lightning, he’ll then fly up and do a 2 handed lightning claw slam (sort of similarly to ancient dragon double handed slams) if you’re close, or do a left lightning claw swipe towards you, which is followed by a right lightning claw sweep, a backwards right lightning claw sweep, and a heavy wide sweep with both lightning claws Also some of his teleport combos from phase 2 are now part of his regular moveset, except now he doesn’t teleport to do lightning claw combos (but the claw slams are mildly easier to dodge) For his phase 2 transition at 60% health he floats up with his wings, arms, and heads out before curling back inwards and vanishing, the area is surrounded by a tornado and intense wind begins to cascade everywhere, the pillars around the arena, the skeletons everywhere, both dissapear, then placi wreathed in a cloud of red lightning bursts in from the tornado and roars with the pose he took before curling in and teleporting, except now he’s covered in red lightning and both lightning claws are mildly larger than normal + shooting out small bolts of lightning, placi then bursts towards you with an explosion of red lightning and does a cross slash on you that causes a large wind shockwave and red lightning to flicker around you for a moment, placi immediately after, teleports in the tornado again and quickly bursts out before charging his right lightning claws and diving towards you with several lightning strikes still attached to his right claws from the tornado, he then does the slash causing a smaller wind shockwave but with the same amount of lightning left behind as the cross slash dive, he then drags his left claws throughout the inner side of the tornado, causing lightning to trail him, then charges both hands, roars and does a dive towards you with bother lightning claws dragging through the ground before ripping them out and flying backwards to land behind you, once the attack is over, red flashes of light begin to randomly spark in the tornado In phase 2, placi flies diagonally up past us and catches a red lightning strike in his left hand, keeps flying around the arena then catches another lightning bolt in his right hand, he then teleports and comes back above the player in a lightning cloud with a noticeably larger than normal lightning spear, he than slams it down with 2 hands causing a massive area to gain a red hue + floating red sparks (like when he does the normal nuke) he’ll then resume the fight, but after about 15 seconds he’ll to a teleport above it and slam it down with both hands, causing a massive red lightning explosion that launches the player diagonally away from the explosion center about 30 feet, to avoid it you have to lure placi out of it which can be done pretty conveniently because he likes teleporting while the giga nuke is active, also if you get a poise break on placi during the 15 seconds the spear will simply start to fade away
In phase 2 placi can now mix his new phase 1 moves into his teleport combos, also now placi will immediately teleport after doing an attack Placi teleports, does his wing lunge, teleports, slams both lightning claws down before swiping to his sides, placi teleports, does a flame sweep, placi leaps towards you, teleports, then finishes with a double wide swing and a quick cross slash Placi teleports away, does his lightning summoning roar, teleports, does a standing left claw slam, teleports, does a quick double lightning claw sweep, teleports, and does a heavy lightning claw uppercut with both hands Placi teleports, does a forward flame breath, teleports, does his walk towards you flame breath into a lunging cross slash, teleports, flies up and backward, teleports, does a flying claw sweep, teleports, and ends with a very heavy right claw sweep that causes him to spin a little over 360 degrees while stopping his momentum with his left hand and turning back to directly face you Placi teleports, does a series of bites towards you, teleports, tosses rocks at you, teleports, and does a left wing sweep into a wide right claw swipe Placi can also mix quick claw swipes into his teleport combos and is generally quicker than normal placi once he gets to phase 2 Placi winds up a claw swipe and swings before charging a flame breath then teleporting and doing a really wide, delayed lunging claw sweep with his left hand into another really wide delayed lightning claw sweep with his right hand, he then does a left lightning claw uppercut leap into a right lightning claw slam, all while still charging his flame, after the claw slam, he’ll wind up the flame breath then teleport and shoot an intense cascade of fire down in front of him, 2 heads on either side will sweep to the left or right diagonally while the middle head shoots down, the fire is more intense than normal due to charging it For the combos he’ll position himself wherever is necessary to make an attack function and if he’s missing with a combo because you’re far away he’ll stop he also waits a decent amount of time after each combo and his poise takes 13 seconds to recover, his poise is also 40% more than it was in the base game Placi also won’t do 2 teleport combos in a row At 33% health placi will do his lightning summon attack, float up, then curl up and teleport Placi will then create a lightning cloud trail and dive at you with a double claw slam that leaves a trail of lightning bursts before immediately teleporting and doing a quick lightning cloud claw sweep from above, he then twists around and each head looks down while shooting flame, the flame slowly condenses until a beam of energy shoots from each head at the same time, the middle head aims up, followed by the rest of the heads, the beams grow mildly more powerful while they’re aiming up and then the heads begin to go back down, each sweeping and launching beams in different directions, if you’re still far away, placi then begins flying around you while the heads aim backwards before doing a synchronized beam sweep on you, placi then flies away while still shooting the beams and turns around to face you, before turning the beams off, then each head charges up a beam, a glowing flash of yellow illuminates placi from their jaws and placi spreads his wings before shooting all 5 lasers all at a single point causing energy to build up at the spot it hits and after charging up, it explodes causing an explosion of yellow that looks like an actual straight up nuke (but is obviously much smaller) placi then floats down as yellow sparks and the shockwave of the attack begin to disappear, he won’t do the attack twice unless you got close to him while he was doing it Placi has 1 more beam attack he does before the main one above, if he teleports into his lightning cloud form, he can either do his normal supercharged sweep or fly down towards you while shooting flame, then fly up, teleport again and come back with a lightning cloud trail, where his silhouette from the cloud trail begins shooting one quick burst laser at a time at you, he’ll then dive with a dragging claw sweep where he turns around at the end (btw for a lightning cloud dives he’ll always twist around when he does it and will be a little closer to the player than normal) At 30% health, placi sits and curls his wings, heads, arm and tail, the ground begins to shake and the tornado begins to vanish, the storm itself dissapears and white clouds with a shining sun show, then suddenly placi shines mildly bright for a moment, and time stops, (during this animation, if placi is shining he can’t be damaged) but placi begins to move out of his curled state, being the only thing with normal color in the area, with one final rage filled roar, he teleports, after 10 seconds, placi teleports to the center of the arena, freezes time again, and gently floats down before yelling and causing pieces of the side of the arena to crumble off and float around it, he then turns to face you, unfreezes time and the shine on his scales from the sun becomes apparent once the time freeze effect vanishes, he then leaps at you, and does a claw swipe, but then he shines white for a moment and reverses time to where he was just about to hit you and unfreezes time, whenever he does the time control a distortion effect similar to the distortion on his lightning summon roar will occur except it’s more intense, but it lasts for a brief moment just before the time control actually occurs From now on, during any claw attack if he wants to, he can rewind time and do that attack again but with different timings depending on when he decides to stop reversing the attack, he reverses time quickly so you won’t be forced to reverse for very long, and he can increase the speed of time so you have to react quicker to attacks, but he won’t do this for every attack, in combos he’ll only do it for one attack in the combo, and he won’t speed up time too much to the point where it’s un-reactable, also whenever he alters time a sound effect will play and the music will be much quieter (plus obviously the color scheme will change) During his non massive nuke attack, he won’t alter time And during most attacks, he’ll usually reverse time and do a new combo changer out of an attack (ex:does wing lunge, swipes, reverses time and does a breath attack ex:does teleport combo, reverses time, does nuke) Also he can’t alter time during two attacks, or 2 combos in a row and if he reverses time he won’t ever heal your damage or his damage to you Also he often won’t combo time alteration with teleports but he can, and after every time alteration attack he’ll wait a moment so you can potentially punish, and he only does time alteration right after a telegraph if he’s speeding it up, or right after an attack if he’s reversing it, and he’ll shine for a split second right before every time alteration, during the lasers he can’t reverse time, also he has one more super attack at 5% health Placi shines white and the distortion effect occurs, he then spreads his wings and does a powerful roar before causing the time altering effect to occur and freeze you in place as he teleports, then time slowly begins to resume as 3 placi’s appear in lightning clouds above, time fully resumes as the first one dives down with a normal claw swipe, then time slows as another placi does his supercharged claw dive, then time speeds up as another placi comes towards you with double lightning claw drag attack, also every time an attack is done with a time altered effect a currently non attacking placi will shine briefly and roar, after the 3rd dive a placi will walk towards you with a diagonally down flame breath, while another one does a teleport claw leap, and after finishing the flame breath another placi will roar to summon lightning on you, also every time a placi finishes an attack it’ll teleport After that, 1 placi will do his beam in the background while another one summons a lightning nuke and tries to plant it on you, and another one shines and speeds up time before reversing it, floating up while covered in lightning then diving at you with a supercharged lightning claw swipe, this one does this as the nuke is going off and the laser finishes with laser placi shooting into the sky, the one who did the claw dive goes into the nuke as it explodes then floats out with his lightning claws to his side and wings outstretched, he then curls up and does a cross slash towards you before doing his walking flame breath, except here it turns into a laser for a moment before placi’s heads begin collapsing one by 1 and he falls to the ground slowly, after this attack he’ll be collapsed for 8 seconds with the middle head collapsed in front on the ground, if you attack him and finish him off he’ll simply shut his eyes and die, but if you spare him he’ll get up slowly, look at you, then if you do a bow emote he’ll hold out his hand with an item and once you grab it he’ll teleport away, the item is a talisman depicting farum before it was destroyed that boosts any lightning or dragon communion attack’s power by 15%, the talisman has 5.0 weight
For his remembrance you get a pure white beast claw weapon that creates red lightning claws with every attack, the ash of war allows you to teleport, and from a teleport your red lightning claws grow if you do a light attack or a heavy, the light attack causes them to grow, then you do an uppercut with your right hand into a diving claw slam with your right, and with the heavy attack you form into a lightning cloud and do a supercharged sweep/dive forwards, also while charging your heavy attacks you shoot a small amount of golden flame from your mouth With the other option which can only be accessed by killing placi, you get an incant that causes you to summon a small version of placi’s spear, plant it down, and slam it with your hand causing a large aoe lightning explosion (costs 17 fp, does 100 poise damage, requires 70 faith, has a 3.5 second start up, goes out about 13 feet surrounding the player, can be followed up with a slightly larger nuke that costs 20 fp, and has the same start up time) And with the third option which you can only access by sparing placi, (consort radahn got 3 so yeah) you get an incant where you summon all 5 of placi’s heads (4 on the ground, middle head on your head) and charge up before briefly shining white and slowing down time by 50% for everyone within 20 feet of you Effect is active for 4 seconds, also costs 95% of whatever your max fp is at the time of using it, but you still need a minimum of 23 mind to use it you can freely move during the incant’s effect, if it misses nothing will happen, also you do get higher poise on this move, and against anything that can’t be flinched it will slow down time for 3 seconds, finally the incant has a 2 second start-up In conclusion: this is cool
Placidusax would have also killed Malenia Goddess of Scarlet Rot and Radagon - Elden Beast if they were only demigods. Godfrey first and second phase at full hp ruined everything.

I really do think that due to game balancing he is still short of his actual lore power. I feel like Prime Placidusax would be just as mobile, if not more than the other ancient dragons.

Edit: for all the people arguing in the comments, the old half dead Placidusax we face is already on the same level as the strongest bosses in the game (Elden beast, Godfrey, Mogh and so on) him being in his prime would make him the strongest being in the lands between with the possible exception of Malenia (due to lifesteal and scarlet rot).

Never played the game but I've been watching all these vids. I don't know any of the lore but aesthetically speaking, Placidusax and Malikath are my favorites, no question.
Godfrey and Hoarah Loux did most of the damage to our best boy, thus securing the win for them.
In the dlc I hope there’s a way to somehow fight him when he was in his prime because he usually had 5 heads which meant 5 beams and more nukes and this version of the dragon lord had only just woken up from endless slumber

Nope, Malenia solos even if you give him 50k health. Scarlet Rot is OP. It's percentage based. The reason Maliketh is the only boss that can beat her is because he melts her fast enough to make sure she doesn't spam it, and because he often takes himself out of her reach with his jumps. But even Maliketh loses with bad RNG.

It’s almost a shame we see so many of these bosses after their prime, namely Placidusax and Radahn.
I think, with all prime aspects and moves and abilities, everything, for each boss that had a prime forme, prime Placid takes all other prime bosses no problem. That being said, this amped version of the Placid we normally fight did so well. Absolutely fantastic. I can see why you has to do it as a consecutive onslaught instead of from full health every time, because none could’ve killed it otherwise.
Should do this same video concept with radahn also . I would love to see him as powerful as he once was.

If a second elden ring dlc released, or an elden ring sequel, I would actually pray to see placi in his prime, the sheer sight of that in game would give me intense goosebumps, some attacks I’ve imagined he could do aaaare-
In phase 1 placi can use his side leaps to go into attacks/combos
His spear nuke, but a little more powerful
His more powerful spear nuke, but in phase 2 he either does his leaping lightning slash attack towards you or teleports and does a quicker nuke next to you, this time it’s the same as the old one and you can dodge it as long as you’re not right in the middle of the nuke
A five headed flame breath where he aims it diagonally downwards and walks on 2 legs towards you with each head aiming in different directions (similar to his current standing flame breath)
A flame breath where the middle head goes down and shoots forward, then the heads right next to him do it, then the heads farthest from the middle do it too (each with mildly different animations)
Placi leaps forward with his wing in front of his right arm, plants his wing down, and does a quick sweep with it, while his wing is down after leaping he’ll either summon his lightning claws and try to swipe the player with one before slamming his other claws down in front of him, or do a downwards flame breath with each head, causing fire to surround him, each head will then aim upwards starting with the one you’re in front of, has to be dodged by moving to the left or right of the head you’re currently in front of then quickly moving back to avoid the next upwards flame sweep, each head will also shoot fire up for a moment to both give you a chance to punish and to look cool
Placi will enlarge his claws in both hands and form a cross with his arms on his chest while standing before doing a quick cross slash which is followed up by a lunging bite or 2 heads trying to bite on each of his sides depending on where you are
If you’re on placi’s sides or near his tail, (usually) 2 heads on either side will do flame breath towards you then the middle head will do a flame breath down, and if you’re still near his sides or tail, in phase 2 he’ll teleport behind you and do a large lightning claw sweep with his left hand while dragging the sharp ends on the ground which is followed up by him sweeping it back and doing a wide swipe with his right lightning claws which is then followed by him using both lightning claws and slamming them down on either side of his front (this combo can also be done out of a teleport)
Placi flies upwards and backwards before diving towards you with his right lightning claws and sweeping past you, he then uses that momentum to quickly turn while dragging his right hand to stop himself, winds up, then digs his left lightning claws into the ground, and charges towards you with a heavy upwards claw swipe
Placi roars with all five heads, causing many lightning strikes around the arena and a large one to begin tracking you, only roars for as long as it takes for the powerful lightning strike to charge and happen on you (which is about 6 seconds)
Placi spreads his wings while standing hunched over and lunges at you with a 5 headed bite, if it hits your arms, legs, and head will be clamped down by a head and the middle head will then let go before bathing you in flame, in phase two he’ll instead drop you and while you’re falling, impale you down with a lightning nuke spear, he’ll then slam it down, dealing 95% of your health no matter what armor you have or you’re vigor, if it kills, you won’t fade away, instead you’ll burst into a bunch of glowing red embers
Placi floats and does the pose he does before phase two but instead of going to phase 2 like normally, he’ll charge up and explode outwards with lightning, he’ll then fly up and do a 2 handed lightning claw slam (sort of similarly to ancient dragon double handed slams) if you’re close, or do a left lightning claw swipe towards you, which is followed by a right lightning claw sweep, a backwards right lightning claw sweep, and a heavy wide sweep with both lightning claws
Also some of his teleport combos from phase 2 are now part of his regular moveset, except now he doesn’t teleport to do lightning claw combos (but the claw slams are mildly easier to dodge)
For his phase 2 transition at 60% health he floats up with his wings, arms, and heads out before curling back inwards and vanishing, the area is surrounded by a tornado and intense wind begins to cascade everywhere, the pillars around the arena, the skeletons everywhere, both dissapear, then placi wreathed in a cloud of red lightning bursts in from the tornado and roars with the pose he took before curling in and teleporting, except now he’s covered in red lightning and both lightning claws are mildly larger than normal + shooting out small bolts of lightning, placi then bursts towards you with an explosion of red lightning and does a cross slash on you that causes a large wind shockwave and red lightning to flicker around you for a moment, placi immediately after, teleports in the tornado again and quickly bursts out before charging his right lightning claws and diving towards you with several lightning strikes still attached to his right claws from the tornado, he then does the slash causing a smaller wind shockwave but with the same amount of lightning left behind as the cross slash dive, he then drags his left claws throughout the inner side of the tornado, causing lightning to trail him, then charges both hands, roars and does a dive towards you with bother lightning claws dragging through the ground before ripping them out and flying backwards to land behind you, once the attack is over, red flashes of light begin to randomly spark in the tornado
In phase 2, placi flies diagonally up past us and catches a red lightning strike in his left hand, keeps flying around the arena then catches another lightning bolt in his right hand, he then teleports and comes back above the player in a lightning cloud with a noticeably larger than normal lightning spear, he than slams it down with 2 hands causing a massive area to gain a red hue + floating red sparks (like when he does the normal nuke) he’ll then resume the fight, but after about 15 seconds he’ll to a teleport above it and slam it down with both hands, causing a massive red lightning explosion that launches the player diagonally away from the explosion center about 30 feet, to avoid it you have to lure placi out of it which can be done pretty conveniently because he likes teleporting while the giga nuke is active, also if you get a poise break on placi during the 15 seconds the spear will simply start to fade away
In phase 2 placi can now mix his new phase 1 moves into his teleport combos, also now placi will immediately teleport after doing an attack
Placi teleports, does his wing lunge, teleports, slams both lightning claws down before swiping to his sides, placi teleports, does a flame sweep, placi leaps towards you, teleports, then finishes with a double wide swing and a quick cross slash
Placi teleports away, does his lightning summoning roar, teleports, does a standing left claw slam, teleports, does a quick double lightning claw sweep, teleports, and does a heavy lightning claw uppercut with both hands
Placi teleports, does a forward flame breath, teleports, does his walk towards you flame breath into a lunging cross slash, teleports, flies up and backward, teleports, does a flying claw sweep, teleports, and ends with a very heavy right claw sweep that causes him to spin a little over 360 degrees while stopping his momentum with his left hand and turning back to directly face you
Placi teleports, does a series of bites towards you, teleports, tosses rocks at you, teleports, and does a left wing sweep into a wide right claw swipe
Placi can also mix quick claw swipes into his teleport combos and is generally quicker than normal placi once he gets to phase 2
Placi winds up a claw swipe and swings before charging a flame breath then teleporting and doing a really wide, delayed lunging claw sweep with his left hand into another really wide delayed lightning claw sweep with his right hand, he then does a left lightning claw uppercut leap into a right lightning claw slam, all while still charging his flame, after the claw slam, he’ll wind up the flame breath then teleport and shoot an intense cascade of fire down in front of him, 2 heads on either side will sweep to the left or right diagonally while the middle head shoots down, the fire is more intense than normal due to charging it
For the combos he’ll position himself wherever is necessary to make an attack function and if he’s missing with a combo because you’re far away he’ll stop he also waits a decent amount of time after each combo and his poise takes 13 seconds to recover, his poise is also 40% more than it was in the base game
Placi also won’t do 2 teleport combos in a row
At 33% health placi will do his lightning summon attack, float up, then curl up and teleport
Placi will then create a lightning cloud trail and dive at you with a double claw slam that leaves a trail of lightning bursts before immediately teleporting and doing a quick lightning cloud claw sweep from above, he then twists around and each head looks down while shooting flame, the flame slowly condenses until a beam of energy shoots from each head at the same time, the middle head aims up, followed by the rest of the heads, the beams grow mildly more powerful while they’re aiming up and then the heads begin to go back down, each sweeping and launching beams in different directions, if you’re still far away, placi then begins flying around you while the heads aim backwards before doing a synchronized beam sweep on you, placi then flies away while still shooting the beams and turns around to face you, before turning the beams off, then each head charges up a beam, a glowing flash of yellow illuminates placi from their jaws and placi spreads his wings before shooting all 5 lasers all at a single point causing energy to build up at the spot it hits and after charging up, it explodes causing an explosion of yellow that looks like an actual straight up nuke (but is obviously much smaller) placi then floats down as yellow sparks and the shockwave of the attack begin to disappear, he won’t do the attack twice unless you got close to him while he was doing it
Placi has 1 more beam attack he does before the main one above, if he teleports into his lightning cloud form, he can either do his normal supercharged sweep or fly down towards you while shooting flame, then fly up, teleport again and come back with a lightning cloud trail, where his silhouette from the cloud trail begins shooting one quick burst laser at a time at you, he’ll then dive with a dragging claw sweep where he turns around at the end (btw for a lightning cloud dives he’ll always twist around when he does it and will be a little closer to the player than normal)
At 30% health, placi sits and curls his wings, heads, arm and tail, the ground begins to shake and the tornado begins to vanish, the storm itself dissapears and white clouds with a shining sun show, then suddenly placi shines mildly bright for a moment, and time stops, (during this animation, if placi is shining he can’t be damaged) but placi begins to move out of his curled state, being the only thing with normal color in the area, with one final rage filled roar, he teleports, after 10 seconds, placi teleports to the center of the arena, freezes time again, and gently floats down before yelling and causing pieces of the side of the arena to crumble off and float around it, he then turns to face you, unfreezes time and the shine on his scales from the sun becomes apparent once the time freeze effect vanishes, he then leaps at you, and does a claw swipe, but then he shines white for a moment and reverses time to where he was just about to hit you and unfreezes time, whenever he does the time control a distortion effect similar to the distortion on his lightning summon roar will occur except it’s more intense, but it lasts for a brief moment just before the time control actually occurs
From now on, during any claw attack if he wants to, he can rewind time and do that attack again but with different timings depending on when he decides to stop reversing the attack, he reverses time quickly so you won’t be forced to reverse for very long, and he can increase the speed of time so you have to react quicker to attacks, but he won’t do this for every attack, in combos he’ll only do it for one attack in the combo, and he won’t speed up time too much to the point where it’s un-reactable, also whenever he alters time a sound effect will play and the music will be much quieter (plus obviously the color scheme will change)
During his non massive nuke attack, he won’t alter time
And during most attacks, he’ll usually reverse time and do a new combo changer out of an attack (ex:does wing lunge, swipes, reverses time and does a breath attack ex:does teleport combo, reverses time, does nuke)
Also he can’t alter time during two attacks, or 2 combos in a row and if he reverses time he won’t ever heal your damage or his damage to you
Also he often won’t combo time alteration with teleports but he can, and after every time alteration attack he’ll wait a moment so you can potentially punish, and he only does time alteration right after a telegraph if he’s speeding it up, or right after an attack if he’s reversing it, and he’ll shine for a split second right before every time alteration, during the lasers he can’t reverse time, also he has one more super attack at 5% health
Placi shines white and the distortion effect occurs, he then spreads his wings and does a powerful roar before causing the time altering effect to occur and freeze you in place as he teleports, then time slowly begins to resume as 3 placi’s appear in lightning clouds above, time fully resumes as the first one dives down with a normal claw swipe, then time slows as another placi does his supercharged claw dive, then time speeds up as another placi comes towards you with double lightning claw drag attack, also every time an attack is done with a time altered effect a currently non attacking placi will shine briefly and roar, after the 3rd dive a placi will walk towards you with a diagonally down flame breath, while another one does a teleport claw leap, and after finishing the flame breath another placi will roar to summon lightning on you, also every time a placi finishes an attack it’ll teleport
After that, 1 placi will do his beam in the background while another one summons a lightning nuke and tries to plant it on you, and another one shines and speeds up time before reversing it, floating up while covered in lightning then diving at you with a supercharged lightning claw swipe, this one does this as the nuke is going off and the laser finishes with laser placi shooting into the sky, the one who did the claw dive goes into the nuke as it explodes then floats out with his lightning claws to his side and wings outstretched, he then curls up and does a cross slash towards you before doing his walking flame breath, except here it turns into a laser for a moment before placi’s heads begin collapsing one by 1 and he falls to the ground slowly, after this attack he’ll be collapsed for 8 seconds with the middle head collapsed in front on the ground, if you attack him and finish him off he’ll simply shut his eyes and die, but if you spare him he’ll get up slowly, look at you, then if you do a bow emote he’ll hold out his hand with an item and once you grab it he’ll teleport away, the item is a talisman depicting farum before it was destroyed that boosts any lightning or dragon communion attack’s power by 15%, the talisman has 5.0 weight
For his remembrance you get a pure white beast claw weapon that creates red lightning claws with every attack, the ash of war allows you to teleport, and from a teleport your red lightning claws grow if you do a light attack or a heavy, the light attack causes them to grow, then you do an uppercut with your right hand into a diving claw slam with your right, and with the heavy attack you form into a lightning cloud and do a supercharged sweep/dive forwards, also while charging your heavy attacks you shoot a small amount of golden flame from your mouth
With the other option which can only be accessed by killing placi, you get an incant that causes you to summon a small version of placi’s spear, plant it down, and slam it with your hand causing a large aoe lightning explosion (costs 17 fp, does 100 poise damage, requires 70 faith, has a 3.5 second start up, goes out about 13 feet surrounding the player, can be followed up with a slightly larger nuke that costs 20 fp, and has the same start up time)
And with the third option which you can only access by sparing placi, (consort radahn got 3 so yeah) you get an incant where you summon all 5 of placi’s heads (4 on the ground, middle head on your head) and charge up before briefly shining white and slowing down time by 50% for everyone within 20 feet of you
Effect is active for 4 seconds, also costs 95% of whatever your max fp is at the time of using it, but you still need a minimum of 23 mind to use it you can freely move during the incant’s effect, if it misses nothing will happen, also you do get higher poise on this move, and against anything that can’t be flinched it will slow down time for 3 seconds, finally the incant has a 2 second start-up

Placidusax would have also killed Malenia Goddess of Scarlet Rot and Radagon - Elden Beast if they were only demigods. Godfrey first and second phase at full hp ruined everything.
