This video is awesome, amazing analysis and very helpful tips. Will be bookmarking this video and running these drills/exercises in my sessions before I rematch Hassaan. Will be using the parabola ball more in my game too since it comes very naturally with my forehand. Really appreciate you making this video, will definitely have to look your book/guide to beating these type of players.
This is excellent! I had seen Kevin's match (it popped up on my YT feed) and now this pops up. I love how specific your tactics are. I wonder if MEP's opponents will come across this. He's not a pure slicer (adds lots of drop shots and lobs) but this might still help them.
Thanks for the support! What makes pushers so tough is their error rate rarely goes above 10% So in addition to having enough skill set to counter them you cannot let your error rate go above 10% which requires focus and discipline plus solid shot selection
Very well done. You are totally right in that so many videos are far too generic, and don't actually provide the specific skills you need to actually be successful. Will check out your book! Thanks.
Appreciate the support Yes it is my life’s work to give exact skills plus how to practice those skills… The book is part of my life’s work…I have something huge being released December 23, if you like the book then this will be 10x that I will pin the link at the top in the next 24 hrs Or email me at coachvctennis@gmail.com if you are interested
very good tip with the low slice inside out! but hm, i think kevin had a good matchplan, he moved around hassan very well until he got the short ball to attack an come to the net. but then kevins problems started , his skills at the net are not good enough yet. i think it is absolutely ok to be patient, but one has to stay awake and keep the killer instinct actice. when you have a penalty shot, you got to hit it! (edit: some english errors)
Of course there is a difference between forcing a play and making the proper read, when playing a pusher the parabola ball forces them into a bad position or they must play offense and intercept the ball on the rise… Most coaches say be patient and wait for short ball, I instruct my players to force the pushers into difficult positions using the parabola ball or angle slices and we enjoy playing them… You could play your “normal game” and wait for short balls but is less optimal and takes way longer Coach VC done
Great vids!. Just, is music behind necessary really? Becomes hard to follow for me as a non english lang guy and i dont want to use subtitles.. Thanks for the efforts really.

How to beat Lefties is almost as hard as beating slice pushers
