The philosophy i embrace is to draft a quarterback in every draft that is heavy with qb talent. If you have a starter draft one with high upside in the later rounds. A team should always have a developmental qb in the house.
No qb since Marino so when you see a qb like Dart and you can get him do it.Dude when your sixty like I am you learn two things you need a stud qb and a good line.
Oh, you mean a quarterback that was given three opportunities by his defense to “put the team on his shoulders” and win and he threw three horrible interceptions and they lost?
I know it’s just one game and I’ll admit I haven’t seen enough film on him to make an informed and educated opinion on him BUT when I seen him play against the gators, they were down by 7 late in the third I believe .. just 7 and his defense gave him THREE opportunities to “put the team in his back” and win it not only did he fail .. he threw THREE horrible INTs. That’s in college .. if he plays like that in the NFL he will be a complete bust. That’s a huge red flag for me.
@@BillCagney. He’s simply saying that he won’t make it past number 13 .. if you don’t draft him at number 13 come your next pick in the second round he’s not going be there. Duh
If you are not replacing Tua why draft him at 13? You trade the pick and pick him late 1st round. Grier needs to understand if he does not get a very good back up any injury to Tua they all get fired mid season. You know Tua might miss at least 5 games next season make sure you are ready. A rookie QB is a gamble.
No no I do not mind the rookie having 2 years on the bench as QB3. All I’m saying we need to get a QB1b. I can guaranty Tua will miss at least 1/4 of the season.
Every team that is a viable contender in the playoffs, has a solid QB with no big question marks around him. I say burn the 1 rd pick on a QB every year until you get that unquestioned rock solid QB. The Dolphins have never filled that position since Marino (2000). It’s been 24 years. 24 MF’in years. I am a big Tua fan & hope he bounces back, but it’s time to find a definite answer to the Q8 position.
You can't draft another quarterback that high that gets paid 20 million or 17 million and pay our quarterback they're not going to drop a quarterback in the first round they said so and tua is our quarterback so stop it
@@DolphinsDaily how will we ever know. When the whole team sucks.. it's not fair to ask that till we get a oline an better defense an be honest our Wrs can't get open or catch the ball.i don't care how fast they are if they can't do there job.tua does his job.98% of the games.. he bust his brains to try to get first down That's why he's always hurt because the team ain't doing their job and he tries to.
@@vivM.5497 yea, a lousyqb who won't last physically a whole season , and when they trade his go-to guy hill then you are really out of luck. Bite the bullet now and draft a QB!!!
Great show, not a wasted minute, good content structure and presentation format.
Appreciate you!!!!

@JasonKeck39 Don't be stupid.
Would kill for a stud QB and a line!
Draft Jackson Dart at 13 because he won't last. Then go o line.Get a vet to back up Tua.
Why would you draft him if he won't last? I agree on O Line and a vet to back up Tua.

Are you opposed to giving he Rookie a year to develop? Thanks for supporting!
we need a backup QB SO WE CAN WIN.....
We need O Line to protect our QBs on top of that, a lot of needs unfortunately.

Darts film is awful he does 1 read rpos constantly
That's why he sits for a year or 2 and learns the system. But I have a feeling that he's gone before 13 anyways
