Moved to Baltimore from India. I travel to Greenmount often and I can definitely say people in this neighborhood are good. Sure, there’s some crime and some areas are really sketchy, but I have nothing but love for Baltimore ❤

Back in the day we considered “up top “ was 43rd but back then oldyork was 38th and up. we called 29th and down “down the hill” I grew up off greenmount and 33rd. For the most part everyone got along 🤫 but you know it is what it is..
