I can quite relate to this. I also have a friend back in elementary who I argued with for years. We don't talk nor look when we pass each other. Our friends (because we both have the same group of friends) would often make us reconcile but we don't want to because no one wants to say sorry first (childish pride). We graduated elementary without fixing our broken friendship. Then, we became classmates in our second year of highschool (we went to the same school). We became groupmates and started talking to each other during discussions. In the end, we became friends again. Up until now, even after we took the same course and graduate college, we're still best friends. And we laughed at ourselves because both of us forgot the reason why we fought years ago. Time really does heal all wounds, I guess?

I honestly don’t really see the mistakes you talk about, like I just watch your vids and they always seem great to me, perhaps you’re being too harsh on yourself. just remember you do not need to be perfect, as long as you’re happy, it’s alright, you’re doing great.

This story hit me so hard, it reminds me my 6 year best friend that just split up with our girl group but also pushed me away • her actual bestfriend of the group and till this day I don’t know the reason why, but it makes me so sad when I think about it. I’ve tried to talk to her many times, even her siblings talk to me randomly sometimes but she seems like she doesn’t really care. P.S I’m the one that should not talk to her because she did something really bad to me,no bestfriend ever does…
