- Today, Nampla is visiting Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park in Thailand. This is a beautiful national park with a natural beauty close to Hua Hin, Thailand.
The most famous tourist attraction in Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park is Phraya Nakhon Cave, but there are more to see than just Phraya Nakhon Cave!
The name of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park comes from this mountain with 300 peaks that can be seen. It has a shape like a rock screen.
This rock wall-like mountain standing in front of the sea is very distinctive.
Phraya Nakhon Cave is located in this rocky mountain.
This time, Nampla is challenging to climb this mountain!
The day we went was the hottest day of the hot season in May. It was a record day when the perceived temperature in Bangkok exceeded 50 degrees Celsius.
In the midst of that, we challenged climbing at 2pm, the hottest time of the day.
The Indian who was climbing with us halfway up gave up and went back, and only we were climbing the mountain.
The details of the climbing route were not written in any guides, but it is well maintained as it is inside the national park. There were many arrows and signs to avoid getting lost.
The course time was about 40 minutes to reach the top of the mountain, so it is not a difficult course if it is not hot.
It was an interesting place to climb the rough rocks. The view after climbing is great.
It's nice to see Khao Sam Roi Yot from below, but the view of the continuous mountains from above is a beautiful and wonderful place. The sea that spreads right next to the mountain is blue, and you can enjoy both the mountain and the sea.

ถ้าชอบปีนเขา หรือ เดินทางไกล ในประเทศไทยจำเป็นต้องพกน้ำ หรือเครื่องดื่มเย็น ๆ ไปเผื่อด้วยเยอะ ๆ นะครับ เหตุผลนึงก็คือเอามาราดหัว ราดตัว ลดความร้อนแบบที่ "น้ำปลา" ทำในคลิปนั่นแหละ และพกของกินเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มพลังงานด้วยนะครับ ติดตามการเดินทางแบบนี้จาก FC ชาวไทยครับ

ฤดูร้อนในประเทศไทยจะร้อนกว่าในญี่ปุ่นเสียอีก รู้สึกเหมือนแสงแดดแรง ปีนี้ร้อนเป็นพิเศษ🥵!!!
「生まれてきてよかったなぁ」
という言葉にしびれるほど強く感動しました。
人生って、生まれてきてよかったと思える瞬間があったら、もう十分に幸せな人生だったと言えると思います。
生きてきてよかったと思えるときをたくさん集めたいですね😊
確かにそれが人生なのかもしれないですね。何か達成した時とか、綺麗な景色を見た時とか、そう感じる瞬間は様々だと思いますが、僕もそういう時間をたくさん集めて行きたいです😄

Yeah, it was amazing✨ We like saunas and that's probably what helped us endure the heat. Haha And the distance from bottom to top of the mountain isn't so far.😆
