The shelf is attached to the wall with 2 plastic dowels that go into the wall and 2 metal screws that go through the top board of the shelf and invest in the plastic dowels that were previously inserted into the wall.

If ya use a nail staple gun it is a cleaner and faster way than screws,have to dounter sink screws and dill then sand,justmfrom my exp,nail guns arent expensive get the smaller one not the roofing one,😂😂
