Such an underated channel. I wished more people in the language community would take a look at these kinds of content.

Interesting idea lanuages on Mars, I also have a conlang, I "collect " conlangs espechially cause I love Romance languages thus Romlangs, so moast of my conlangs are romlangs, but I have 2 isolates and 1 germanic conlang.
Today I tried to translate parts of a song to my conlang : Geldermansch
Song: "voor je van me houd"
Translation: before you begin to love me
My conlang: poor te de mij tungt
From same song : jij bent niet de ware voor mij
Translation: you are not the one for me
My conlang: Tij est nont le dastinte poor mij
    😁

Is there any logic behind the languages/ethnicities you chose for each colony? Since they don't seem to be based on the inhabitants of one nation (who founded the city together), nor are they the richest or largest countries.
Obviously this is a future Earth but I was wondering what Greenland would have to offer to become the major ethnicity on a mars colony for example.

The nationalities are those whose populations were the most pressured to leave Earth (due to climate change), but the proportions in each colony are completely random. I would be happy to hear any of your suggestions for the nationalities in our next video!

@@TheMiluProject Having Guarani as a component of a language could be interesting

@@TheMiluProject Oh I see! I hadn't really thought of it like that before. It could be interesting to let some perhaps poorer nations in relatively close proximity combine their power(money). -> reflected in high percentages for both languages/ethnicities
I wouldn't really know which nations to choose... I guess my previous idea/advice may give you some inspiration.
I actually came across your channel/this series in particular because I'm working on a similar project myself so please don't see my comments as me correcting or whatever. I'm just interested to learn and happy to help :)
