The concept of mesonephric (Wolffian) duct playing crossover between urinary and genital worlds (lol) was one that I could not clearly understand due to lack of visual presentation! Now I get it! and so just to add for those who are confused (like I was): This same *mesonephric duct* 2:16 will not degenerate (IN MALES), it will stay and join the genital tract team [it becomes the *vas deferens* ] to link this same *Cloaca* 1:41 (a parent structure of both GI & GU structures will split and go on to form: 1-Anterior = "Urogenital sinus" [basically the male and female bladder and male urethra] 2- Posterior = "Anorectal canal") to the gonads (or actually the epididymis).
I have been searching for ages and this got right in the point.. very short and excelent explaination and animations, thanks a lot I would give this a million like if I could, thank you!
