She wholeheartedly deserved that Grammy. Grammys aren’t about popularity and favorites, they’re about deserving musicians receiving their due. It’s sad that I was surprised she won because I thought a favorite would be chosen as lately that’s been how things are but I’m so glad she got what she deserved. I’m so proud of her.
When i realise people were mad because of her Grammy I was like :WTF SHE WAS THE BEST AND ALSO, WTF THE HATE!!! Chill and let live people's dream

I love how she spoke about the grammy's. She truly deserves all the success she has recieved; Alessia is beyond talented and one of the few artists within our society today that makes music that is not just 'popular' but meaningful.
I mean really why would someone be so negative towards someone so positive, awesome, kind and talented like Alessia for just simply being her amazing self, doing what she loves, entertaining others and at the same time really helping and giving them a shoulder to lean on through her music and her overall message like for example me? I just don't get it, but that's of course reality. People just come on..😒

Yeah I'm going to go ahead and say hearing "Here" for the first time(s) was really reminiscent of like Lauryn Hill's album because it really drove home a message. I thought Alessia was Grammy worthy off that single alone, her album after listening to it also at the time it arrived was very deserving of all the praise it received. This coming from a person who I am 100% percent, well 99% sure that it was not targeted towards my demographic. I loved Four Pink Walls. I purchased her first two albums via Google play music also.
