To keep ladiesfinger fresh for a week as soon as you buy without washing wipe it with a cotton cloth n then cut the tip n bottom n store it in a container.If you want to keep in small containers cut it into two or three pieces.Donot cut them small slices for fry.I am doing in my home.I am Chandravathani Donald from Tiruvannamalai.Often I will go through your channel.very nice.
