It didn't have a chevron, so it hadn't gained veterancy, (it that's even a thing for supply trucks!) @48:45 - the mystery is solved, Excal had captured a repair bay!
Guys after 1:17:28 .. Marakars king raptors dont kill 1 quad . Did Marakar do that fire power upgrade for planes ? I mean 1 king rap cannot kill 1 quad ? I guess Marakar didn t do that upgrade . That bothers me. Earlier in that game he had a lot of $ . Back in the days I used to het 2 more dozers and expand/ defend... build supply drop zones ... fast ! And do all upgrades damnit !

@@mikeace42 I think Marakar forgot to do airfield upgrade , to give (king)raptor and stealth fighter a bigger punch .
