As I have learnt that HF can travell long distance but with a lot of noise and VHF can travel short distance but with less noise. My question is there any direct interface between them so that we can benifit both charactristiques?

Yup... But that's why we go for mixed... Wired and wireless using optical cables for long distances and tower for less distances
