@@mitchpascoe3261 pretty good actually, I wouldn’t make this your primary outdoor hoop shoe but you can definitely get away with a few wears of these outdoors, especially if you get the ep version, which if you didn’t know the ep version has more durable rubber, it caters more towards those who play mostly outdoors, which I have the ep, so yeah the grip is pretty good, definitely not better than the curry 8, I’ve tripped myself up in those because they stopped so hard but these are easily up there with the kd 14

My wife watched this video with me, and now she wants a pair of these. She's not a sneakerhead, but occasionally, she will cop some heat, lol. Great video, the PG line hasn't been too bad, the only one that had problems with was the PG4, and only because they seemed to run a half size to a full size small. Thanks again for another great video!

For all the people on the fence about sizing. My normal shoe size is a 9. I had to go up in the kyrie 4 low to a 9.5 cause they were too tight. The GT run I went with 9.5 thinking it's for basketball I don't want them to be tight like the kyrie. Was too big. I just got this pg 6 in today, size 9 . Fit is great. Go true to size

idk I'm really digging this shoe, and the colorway with the darker teal and the lighter peach contrasting. And I don't think there's anything wrong with the concept of the colorway with the butterflies, it just reminds me of all the floral colorways they used to do

As I sneakerhead myself, I turned my wife into a MONSTER! Ultraboosts, PG 5 'Daughters', she wants Yeezys, she wants this pair...There's no turning back. These are nice though! Will be grabbing a pair for the Mrs. Great review!

These give me Kobe 8 vibes just without the drop in midsole, so I’d hope they player like the Kobe 8’s because that’s arguably my favorite performance Kobe of all time if not the Kobe 9 Elites

Aesthetically speaking I'm not feeling them at all and the upper part reminds me the Adidas Pro Vision. I would prefer them though with extra Air cushion. This signature line has the most up and down than any other line.

These look like a better 4, and I love the 4s.
I’m in the minority but I actually like how these look. Gonna cop a pair when they drop. My favorite from the PG line tho is the 2/2.5s but yea the last 2-3 models have been radically different but I remember a lot of people complaining Nike wasn’t innovative or kept pushing out the same looking silhouette so I guess they want to try something new every time now or who knows. Either way love these and will get 2 pairs minimum.
How is the durability
@@seanoconnell753 My first pair are still in almost new condition. The traction hasn’t warn off at all and the materials still look new but that might be because I only play indoor in them and sometimes I rotate between them and my kyries.
@@seanoconnell753 The cushion is a little but more firm than what it was when I first got it. I’d say the cushion was about an 8.4ish/10 personally but now I’d say its around an 8/10. It still feels good but not as good after a a few hour session than it did when I first had it.

I liked these , maybe they are not better then PG5 to me (PG5 are one of my favorite shoes ever and i think most comfortable shoes that i pulled on , literaly a heaven for feet) but still really good , they look really cool (i really liked design and shape of shoes) , they look light, soft and comfortable and they seems really good either for basketball and everyday casual wearing , I just hope they are quality and endurable, I think i will get one of these at some point. ;)

I just got a pair of the black n gold ones. they are so freaking comfortable it don’t make sense. i don’t even play ball, i wear em with shorts or sweats, definitely recommend them. i’m a 8.5 so they look extra hard lol

I like the new PG….I think the only thing that is consistent in the line is the forefoot lockdown component, which i personally enjoy. It is rather interesting that there is no “All Star Game” colorway….it dawned on me after you said it. Huh! I love blooper reels and that back end of the video was just awesome!!! 🤣🤣🙏🏽❤️💯

Tbh I believe that they are just not releasing All-star kicks no more because the kicks that they wear on the all star game is considered the All-Star shoe , so if they ever release them to retail stores which I believe they will , it will still be the All star colorway in my eyes
this is the all star weekend color, not a valentine's day drop. it's inspired by his daughter and her love for butterflies i think.
also i miss performance reviews.. i know covid is still a factor but others are doing them - they're just not you and your POV. maybe you can go for lighter / leaner productions but bring em back for all the performance shoes please 🙏🏽

about to get the pg5s than i heard about the release. really like the visuals but once you put them on foot i think it loses a lot of the appeal, might be because it was loosely tied? anyways I'm most likely still gonna buy the pg5s

spec-wise, it's like a downgraded nike BB NXT shoes without the zoom unit, look-wise i kinda dig it although it kinda look like Giannis 1 or Greek Freak 1.
