The idea behind is that every co sharer would be deemed to be owner of every inch of joint property

    Sallaam brother, can you please give me some advice, we are joint owners in a khewat with relatives, they sold their share 15 yrs ago 2 brothers and 2 sisters but now thy have done a taqseem dawa against us. Maybe to claim that they got less share than their siblings between themselves. They sold their families complete share and are not owners in this khewat anymore, maybe the 2 sisters took more than the 2 brothers. But that should be settled between them but the brothers are maybe trying to get more share again from us. They have sold ther full families share but they have done this application for partition against us, we do not hold their land, what is the best thing for us to do? The land they sold was bought by us

    AOA, I'm about to buy 16 kanal agriculture land in my village. They (Sallers) have mushtarqa khattta with their other 3 Uncle's. As per computerized fard different khewtt numbers are mentioned. For example 68 and from 159 to 162. In khewet 68, 9 kanal land is mentioned, rest 7 kanal is mentioned in khewet starting from 159 to 162. As per my understanding they have agriculture land in two different areas of village in mushthrqa khatta but they are giving us 16 kanal 13 marla on same location (Adjacent Acres) in khewt starting from 159 to 162. Is it ok as per law to purchase it. I mean saller can sale it to us? If not what thing should we ask them to do first before giving full payment, waiting for your kind response. Thanks
