Hey Miguel, good to see you here. Thanks for watching. Did you see the video with the guy on Caye Caulker who say he is your family? Link here: th-cam.com/video/MEwDtXutl2Q/w-d-xo.html
Those are fig trees Doug. I lived at the top of the hill where the "Corn Man" was selling at. Back in the day it was a steeper hill up to the Santa Elena side. Those trees have been there forever. Glad to see they are still thriving.
@@DougPVlogs I was always told they were the ornamental variety. I never tasted or ever say or heard of anyone who had eaten them. I was told they are not sweet and may give you an upset stomach.
@@RisenApe Now tht you mention that I had a small fig tree in my back yard in Canada and when I opened one of the figs in the video that was laying on the ground and it did look inside like the edible figs. But it did not smell like something you can eat therefore ornamental only.
My good find Doug's ❤

Great for letting me know. I have always wondered what they were. Are those figs edible?

To me, the fruit you picked up off the ground looks like a guava. So that may be a guava tree 😊
@@tessrobin4548 No, definatly not a guave.
Hi Duug. You should visit Saint George’s k
Caye Belize and do some awesome snorkeling at the reef.
That sounds like a great idea. This Belize Tour 2024 is near the end but I am already planning the next tour.
:10 Your below the guest house where you & Maria are staying at in St. Ignacio.
Correst. that's exactly where I started the video
I hevnt been there before! Hows it like there?
I really like San Ignacio. It is busy and seems very prosperous.
I thought it was Corasol
Nope it is San Ignacio in Cayo District. It's a great place. Lots of hills and rivers there.
