Hey, Sunshine! Canning can definitely be tedious and tiring! Thank you! I had a little help hulling, but I did a majority by myself. That was just the way it happened this time. Everyone else was busy with other things. I am happy you were here and watched, friend! I hope you have a wonderful day and week! 💜🥰

Great job friend 😊 it is such a better deal to grow or get dried beans than buying them canned. I’ve been experimenting using all different seasonings packets to season my water and beans. So much fun 😊-Melissa (the budgeting sisters)

Thank you, sweet friend! This was definitely cheaper than buying cans from a store. Just a few dollars for seeds, and we have over 32 pints canned. Lol! Way to go on making your own seasoned beans! I use dry beans a lot for cooking and canning. I love seasoning my own beans, too. 💜🥰

I live in central ky what time of year would you plant your peas
I am going raise some next year thanks you enjoyed the video

@comellahafley-on6lc ,thank you so much! I'm not sure about the planting date for your location. I would look up your last frost date for your area and plant 1-2 weeks after that date. That's what I do for my area. I hope that helps! Happy planting!

      @@mymodernhomestead thank you
I didn’t know if it was a fall item to plant or not

@comellahafley-on6lc , oh, I see. This type of pea is one you plant for harvesting in the summer. They love the heat and don't mind dry conditions.
