Miss the table that you create shouldn't it be in no spacing and miss the letter that you create is it in double or single line spacing

Shotgun it does not matter how the table is typed just as long as it is done for the mail merge. But it is in single line spacing as is the entire letter. Only legal documents, and manuscripts are written in double line spacing.

Miss when typing using the block style letter should the letter head which is typed in the header should it be in the centre or to left

It does not matter as a company does not change their letterhead to match the type of letter they are typing as it comes on preprinted paper. If you are not using a letterhead however, then it would be to the left.

The Title tells us about the person. Whether it is a male (Mr), married female (Ms) or an unmarried female (miss) etc.
