Put the sleeve in direct sunlight for 5 or 10 minutes and it glows much more brightly. It doesn't seem to work under light bulbs lighting.

@awelshmanreviews happy now? It is slightly annoying though. Who's going to sit it in the window before you want to see it glow? I have a glow in the dark Train to Busan steelbook that glows after being in a lit room.
